El sábado pasado, a las tantas de la noche y en el zapping habitual , encontré en el canal local el primer informe de gobierno del sr. presidente municipal. Me detuvo la impecable puesta en escena del templete, rojo encendido (el color de PRI sexenio hidalguense, al parecer ); las corbatas rojas del sr. presidente municipal y del sr. gobernador; y las caras solemnes, todas, de los asistentes al pódium.
Gracias a Dios, encontré la transmisión justo al final, cuando se cantaba el himno nacional, y la secretaria del cabildo cedía la palabra nuevamente al sr. presidente municipal y este daba por terminado el informe.
Me tocó ver lo que el vulgo-y yo- llamamos “elbesamanos”. Los asistentes del pódium bajando las escaleras que separan el escenario, la gente que se arremolina para saludar al sr. gobernador y a su sequito, el goberchong subiendo lentamente las escaleras, saludando de mano, dando abracitos de esos de compromiso, saludando a las mujeres de beso y a los que están de lejos con la mano en alto.
-¡Uf!- pensé- el besamanos al puro estilo del PRI-gobierno.- Y cambié de canal.
Hoy, copilota me contó los pormenores del evento. Ella fue invitada a asistir personalmente, con tarjeta de imprenta envuelta en papel celofán ( ¿cuánto cuesta hacer esto?- pregunto- ¿y de dónde sale el dinero para pagarlo?- mejor dicho). Se acompañó con la mamá de una amiga, maestra de profesión y grillera de vocación. Descubrieron que tenían asientos en diferentes lugares del teatro.( Porque en esta democracia, hay pachuqueños de primera, de segunda y de quinta, - a decir de copilota).
La amiga de copilota manejó la situación para que ella no fuera enviada a gayola y se apersonaron en la zona “verde”. Desde ahí vieron la puesta en escena. ( ah no,… ¡ejem! ¡perdón! que era un informe municipal… ). Lo chistoso de este evento es que, para ser un PRIMER INFORME (menos de 220 días laborales, para ser sinceros) estaba TODA la plana mayor del gobierno: Goberchong y sus más cercanos colaboradores, los diputados federales , toooooda la plana mayor de PRI estatal y el poder judicial en pleno. parecía que: “Quien se mueve no sale en la foto”. Y ahí estaban TODOS como las estatuas de marfil.
Este eventico de la política local me deja varias reflexiones: La primera está relacionada con los recursos públicos .¿Para esto debo de pagar mi tenencia sr. Gobernador? Para que me regrese, indirectamente, en una elegantísima invitación impresa en la más alta calidad de papel ahulado y una carpeta de “logros” de mi municipio?. ¿Cuánto costó esto? Porque, debe usted saber que este mes tendré que gastar 3,000 pesos en llantas, ya que en los últimos 15 días, he encontrado dos topes/baches que han arruinado los neumáticos de mi blanco corcel. Y todo dentro de esta municipalidad. Realmente preferiríaque no recibir invitaciones elegantes, para eventos gerenciados por especialistas, en templetes que cuestan miles de pesos, y pendones con la cara de Don Paco repartidos en todas las avenidas de la ciudad… preferiría ver mi dinero invertido en asfaltar la ciudad con material de calidad. Mi corcel blanco, mi presupuesto y mi hígado se lo agradeceríamos mucho.
La segunda reflexión que me viene a la mente tiene que ver con el cinismo político de mis coterráneos. A ver, siendo sinceros ¿tanto gran personaje para UN primer informe de gobierno de un municipio? Digo, digo, digo, pero ni el de mi Goberchong. Tanta crema y nata junta , en un evento de muy regular importancia, solo me induce a pensar que el ”tapado”, se destapa ya ¿cierto? .
